Heat and Haste

A small game where you need to get to your destination as fast as possible while baking as many waffles as you can!

Put wood in the furnace to get the furnace heat up, a higher furnace heat means a faster train and also a hotter iron which bakes waffles faster, to bake waffles grab the dough and put it in the waffle iron, wait for it to be perfectly cooked and hand in!

• Controller only
  • left stick to move, right to look around, X (for PS4, A for Xbox) to interact with stuff (you have to hold it for 0.5s)
• (see the explanation picture on the right) you need to put dough in the waffle iron, which needs heat (to bake waffles) from the furnace, which needs wood to get more heat
  • the trashcan can delete any object in your hand (wood, dough, and waffle at any baking stage)
• The game's timer starts counting the moment you activate the furnace
• Handing in:
  • uncooked = -200 score
  • half cooked
    (if the slider above the iron hasn't reached 100%)
    = +400 * 0.4-0.9
    (depending on how uncooked it still is)
  • perfectly cooked = +400
  • overcooked = -300
• Timer score bonus multiplier:
  • finished in -3 min = x2
  • finished in 3-3:30 min = x1.6
  • finished in 3:30-4 min = x1.25
  • finished in +4 min = x1
